Flower Day Brightens The Ave

To celebrate the flower baskets going up along The Ave, the U District Partnership set up in the outdoor dining area at 43rd & University Way on Monday, June 1, handing out free mini bouquets to the community. The first 100 neighbors, workers, and passersby went home with a little summer in their step—and we loved every minute of it.
